Sam Hinton’s journey began as a lifeguard in Epsom and later led to 17 years of service with the Metropolitan Police. Along the way, Sam completed countless First Aid and Lifesaving courses and noticed a common problem: most training was boring, overly theoretical, and hard to retain.

Determined to make a difference, Sam founded a new approach to first aid training: hands-on, engaging, and practical courses built on real-world experience.
